Jack Wolff - Personal Trainer
Jack started working out at the age of 59. His interest in becoming healthy and keeping up his strength, led him to become a competitive power lifter. He holds state and national records in the USAPL and WNPF conferences. The peculiarity about this sport is that if you continue to do it, the older you get the stronger you get. His interest in his own training pushed him toward wanting to help others progress in their goal to better health and well being. Jack is a perfect example of age not interfering with goals that you can set for yourself and achieve. Jack is ISSA certified in personal training and has been training for the last eight years. He has extensive knowledge in plyometrics, kettlebell and balance training. |
